I just wish I wasn’t still feeling some burnout from art school 🙄 😒

But I will do my best to indulge more into this AU!

You guys ever have a really dumb idea for a thing that, after you start thinking about the possibilities that follow, you eventually fell in love with?

Well, that happened to me last week, as I thought "What if there was a Super Saiyan form that was essentially Danny Phantom?". Then it evolved into the idea of "What if Bardock went Super Saiyan the moment he died to Frieza's Death Ball, causing his transformation to evolve into something new? (I.E., his molecules getting rearranged).

So I introduce to you "Phantom Saiyan", a form (Complete with snow white hair and glowing green eyes) that allows the user to be able to do everything Danny Phantom can, that being able to walk through walls, disappear, and still fly. Overall, he's much more unique than the other guy.

A fun little AU I thought of not too long ago

A fast sketch of an alternate version of Raditz.

In this timeline, many of the Saiyans heeded the words of Bardock, father of Raditz and Kakarot, launching the great Saiyan rebelion.

The battles waged for the freedom of the Saiyan people were explosive, with the Saiyans holding nothing back. While their strength was indeed formidable, and claimed the lives of some of Frieza's strongest elites, in the end the destruction of Planet Vegeta still took place, it's existence reduced to space dust at the flick of Lord Frieza's finger.

Because the Saiyans chose to follow Bardocks lead, a smattering of them escaped the carnage, Raditz himself being sent to retrieve his younger brother, Kakarot, who'd been sent to a safe planet ahead of Vegetas explosion.

The major difference here? Raditz arrives on Earth, exhausted, and broken by the genocide of his people. Rather than attacking Goku and his kin, Raditz pleads with his brother to join the rebellion and fight to avenge their people. Goku, with the promise of fighting a seemingly endless wave of strong opponents, and getting to know his big brother, agrees.

Raditz would be significantly stronger here, having taken part in countless rebel battles. Seeing the potential within his younger brother, and the immense well of power within his hybrid nephew, Raditz begins training with Goku and Gohan, preparing them to join the fight.

This is the final of a fan series of sprite animations that have been going on since 2009. The animations follow the story of “Evil goku” and his battles with the goku we are more familiar with (specifically the one from dragon ball GT).

What if future Trunks stayed in the present?

In Dragon Ball Super vol. 5's bonus chapter, it is explained that Trunks originally planned on staying in the present. Which gave me this idea in the first place.

First of all he'd replace Freeza in the ToP, but for the rest I am not going to get into because I haven't made it that far in the manga.

I think my favorite thing about all those “What if Goku was betrayed and locked inside the Time Chamber” videos is the fact that they’re all proven to be moot by the show itself.
